Margaret Applin, Bursar, began working for the Seminary in 1978, and has contributed to Seminary life in a variety of ways in her 27 years of service. She currently handles financial aid issues, including helping seminarians to obtain funds needed to meet their daily living expenses. When a seminarian is ready for ordination, Peg assists with Exit Interviews. Seminarians may rely on Peg to help ensure that they are provided for financially as they complete their formation.

Ewa Bracko, Financial Assistant, has worked at the Seminary since 1991. She first worked as a clerk, then as a secretary, and in the last couple of years, as a financial assistant. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Certificate in Accounting. Ewa is mainly involved with the financial aspects of the Seminary: its budget, payroll, and purchasing. Lay or non-resident students may contact her about arranging meals at the Seminary. Resident seminarians may come to her with issues related to health insurance, parking, the bookstore, work-study, or loans and grants.

Andrew Brenycz, Library Clerk, has been part of the Seminary community since 1995, when he began working in the Seminary Library as a student, majoring in English at Seton Hall University. He became a full-time member of the staff in 2002, helping students to obtain needed materials and processing book requisition forms.  Andrew also serves as the technical support person for the Seminary Library, and oversees the computer room.

Diane Carr, Student Services Coordinator, prepares for and participates in the registration of seminarians and lay students in all Master’s and Certificate programs at ICSST. She maintains academic records of alumni and current students and compiles statistics for various archdiocesan and national accreditation reports. Bursar responsibilities include application fees and tuition scholarships. Diane is the designated school official for the School of Theology tracking international seminarians for US Immigration and Customs SEVIS program. Drawing on her 17 year background in Sales and Marketing, she is often the first person a potential student will speak to when inquiring about programs at ICSST. Diane has represented the School of Theology at various Graduate Open Houses and conferences and assists in facilitating all academic applications. Diane is enrolled in ICSST's M.A. in Theology program with a concentration in Systematic Theology, and is active in volunteer ministry in her parish. She is also the coordinator of the Parish Partnership Program of the new Institute for Christian Spirituality.
